Emily Rucker failed to inform Medicare beneficiary that certain services were not covered by Medicare (Medicare requires informed consent) - has been hounding and harassing and making threats since trying to force payment to which she is not entitled under Medicare regulations - Do NOT use this chiropractor!!!
